Growthline Digital ("we") is based in Toronto, Ontario. We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). This page explains what we collect on this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What our contact form collects

• Your name and email address
• Your company name, if you give it
• Your monthly ad budget range and what you need most
• Your message
• Whether you're interested in content with Mikhow Media

The form also has a hidden field that stops spam bots. It collects nothing from you.

Booking a call

Our "Book a call" buttons open our booking page on Cal.com. If you book, Cal.com collects your name, email, the time you pick and any answers you give, and sends us the booking. Cal.com is a US company with its own privacy policy.

Why we collect it

Only to reply to you, book a call and talk about working together. We don't sell it, rent it or add you to a mailing list. If you ask about content, we may share your name, email and message with our content partner, Mikhow Media, so they can quote. We'll tell you before we do.

Where it's stored

• Netlify hosts this website and receives form submissions. Netlify is a US company, so your submission may be stored in the United States.
• Google Workspace handles our email and calendar, so your message and any booking land there.
• Cal.com handles call bookings.

Data stored outside Canada may be subject to the laws of that country.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to 24 months, then delete them. If you become a client, we keep what we need to run your account and meet our legal and tax obligations.

Cookies and tracking

We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this website right now. Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your IP address when the page loads. If we add analytics or ad tracking later, we'll update this page and ask for your consent first.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@growthlinedigital.ca and we'll respond within 30 days.

If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
